Breaststroke Clinic + 4th of July Practice Schedule
Hello Piranhas!
For those who missed it, we swam our first meet last Friday night and... we won! Every single swimmer who competed contributed to our gigantic score of 2176.5 points! We're three weeks away from the sign up deadline for our July 21st and sign ups are open.

As much as we're rocking out relays, we're still seeking two more women who will be 60+ by 12/31 plus one more man 50+. If you have family or friends who might be interested, let us know.
Coach Nils will be out this Tues/Thurs. We plan to offer the USMS stroke clinic for breaststroke at evening practice Thursday June 29th in Lanes 1-4. Lane 5 will be open for an alternate workout for those who have already had significant skills work. To make the most of the clinic I've included links to a variety of breaststroke videos at the bottom of this email. Also I'm looking for one more person to help out on deck so email me if you'd like to do that!
The following week is 4th of July. Kenzi will be out of town the full week. Tuesday July 4th is canceled. The rest of practices will be at their regular times. Martha or I will be at each practice to open up (along with Nils for our coached practices). Please help us because Kenzi does so much!
