Our first meet is almost here, so get ready to dive in! We're planning a dive/starts practice soon plus some extra meet-up tutorials. Stay tuned for more updates! For now, take a look at youtube videos on starts, such as this intro for beginners or this option on advanced start improvement.

Swim caps with names and team logo are coming soon! Order your cap and help us with other vital info by filling out our Swimmer Survey. Complete the survey by Thursday 6/08 to be included in the initial cap order.

Have you joined us for a Friday or Sunday practice yet? We're in love with racing! Coach Nils will continue to give us racing sets on those days.
Mon/Tues focus on freestyle and aerobic training.
Wed/Thu focus on the other three racing strokes.
As we shift through strokes and distances, please remember it eases congestion if you ask lane mates to swap order if there's a set where you are catching up with the swimmer ahead of you.
